Any breach of this rule could lead to the disqualification of the player concerned.
8. Clubs must have evidence of each player's handicap movements. This will show adjustments as a result of regular participation in medals, open competitions and general play. All players must have played in at least four qualifying rounds or general play adjustments in the previous 12 months. The rule may be relaxed if there are exceptional circumstances such as prolonged medically certified illness. In such a case the matter must be referred to the Executive Committee for a decision.
