Leeds Juniors win again
Leeds Juniors maintained their fine start to the season beating a plucky Halifax - Huddersfield team 24 -12 at a cold Selby. The course was in fine fettle and the match was evenly poised after the morning foursomes with Leeds holding a slender 7 5 lead.
In the afternoon singles it was looking to be a very tight affair through the front nine holes with Leeds up in six and Halifax - Huddersfield up in 6. However, the Leeds team managed to get the better of their opponents on the back nine and won the singles by 17 points to 7.
