AGM and Annual Dinner update.
Sadly the Annual Dinner which was to be the grand opening of the already re scheduled Centenary on the 11th March could not go ahead as a result of the Covid
lockdown arrangements.
After much debate we have decided that the Annual Dinner in March 2022 will be a celebration of the Centenary Year activities once we finally get the season up and running.
The re scheduling of events with a very full Fixture list is a challenge but with the support of member Clubs we are determined to have a year to remember other than for Covid issues.
The Annual General Meeting scheduled for the 24th March has once again had to be conducted through correspondence with Reports, Annual Accounts and Election Lists being circulated to Clubs as we did last Year. With only one application received to be elected to join the Executive and on place open there is no need for any individual voting rather just an en block vote to maintain the existing appointments. Confirmation of the outcome will be reported after the 25th March.
