Junior Team Championship

The Union held the Junior Team Championship at a sunny Cookridge Hall on 2 August 2020. Twenty teams of 3 competed with the best two scores to count for the Team Championship. 

The home team of Nathan Ali, James Trant, and Alfie Storer recorded a team score of 149, 5 over par. In second place with a score of 10 over par were Cookridge Hall 2 (Zara Ali, Charlie Smith and Bailey Hird), the same score as Moor Allerton (Finlay Johnson, Oscar Land, Daniel Lee) by virtue of a better third person score.

Cookridge Hall 3 (Nial Langley-Brook, Jeevan Notey, and Lulu Woodrow) won the best Nett team score on 6 under (138) one stroke better than the Wike Ridge 1 team (James Hamilton, Teddy Semple, and Tom Tindell).

Tai Naylor (Sand Moor)  won the best individual gross with a score of  74, by virtue of a better back 6 from Nathan Ali.

James Hamilton (Wike Ridge) won the best individual nett with a score of 66, two strokes better than Lulu Woodrow.
