Junior Coaching

Arrangements have been made to hold two Coaching sessions for the Junior team squad for the 2014 season. Players selected are those who we anticipate will form the basis of our team next season together with the most promising players pushing for selection.
The sessions will be run by James Whittaker and three of his his team at Moor Allerton on the 3rd and 10th November commencing from 9:30am untill 12:30 pm. Players are required to attend by 9:00am for the briefing and to be allocated into one of four teams which will undertake sessions to address:

Course Management and close season practice and planning
Health and Wellbeing including Exercise during close season
Short Game practice routines
Trackman assesment and equipment check
