All competitors must hold a WHS Handicap Index.
The Handicap Index limit is 24.0 and any player with a greater Index will be limited to 24.0.
The Union reserves the right to amend tee times.
Each player must have submitted a minimum of 6 fully completed competition 18 hole round score cards acceptable for WHS handicap purposes in the 12 months before the day of the competition to qualify to win a prize.
The Union reserves the right to ballot out entries from clubs where more than 6 teams have been entered should the tee be oversubscribed.
No refund if entry is cancelled within 7 days of the event.
Competitors are expected to keep pace with the Group in front. Slow play will be monitored and may result in disqualification.
The competition shall be played in accordance with the current R&A /USGA Rules of Golf and the local rules of the club upon whose course the event is being played. Full details are available in the Tournament Rules and Regulations.
