All competitors must hold a WHS Handicap Index.
The Competition is a Three Man Team Stroke Play Scratch event played over 18 holes.
Each player must have submitted a minimum of 6 fully completed competition 18 hole round score cards acceptable for WHS handicap purposes in the 12 months before the day of the competition to qualify to win a prize.
The draw for the competition will be published 14 days before the event.
The Union reserves the right to amend tee times.
Competitors are expected to keep pace with the Group in front. Slow play will be monitored and may result in disqualification.
Prizes shall be presented to the winning team, runners-up, and third-placed team.
Winners should be present or arrange for a representative to attend the prize presentation to collect the Trophies and vouchers.
The competition shall be played in accordance with the current R&A /USGA Rules of Golf and the local rules of the club upon whose course the event is being played. Full details are available in the Tournament Rules and Regulations.
