Bailey gets maximum OOM points

Bailey Hird (Cookridge Hall) continued his fine early season form in the first round of The Copier Company Junior Order of Merit. Bailey's round of 72 was sufficient to ease hot favourite Joshua Berry (Selby) into second place on count back by virtue of a superb back 9 of 33 compared to Joshua's 36. Joshua can be pleased with his round given that it was the first time he had set foot on the Cookridge Hall course.

Bailey duly earned 100 OOM points and he also had the best nett (67) one stroke ahead of young Tom Tindell (Wike Ridge) so Bailey leads both the gross and the nett  competitions.

Round 2 takes place at Wetherby on Sunday 14th July. Get your entries in!
