Round 10 of the Copier Company Junior Order of Merit was held at Cookridge Hall on 30 August. 53 juniors contested the 18 hole event with 34 competitors from LDUGC Clubs. This is a fine testament to the hard work that Ray Agar, the Cookridge Hall Junior Organiser, puts in developing junior golfers at his club.
The LDUGC Junior Captain, Harry Hunter_Mapp, playing at his home club had a gross 71, nett 67, to take the maximum 100 OOM points in both the Gross and Nett Competitions.
Indeed, Harry now tops the leaderboard in both competitions with 2 events to go. Horsforth on 1 September and Wike Ridge on 8 September.
