Cookridge Hall hosted its Junior Open and Copier Company Order of Merit on a warm sunny afternoon on 29 June. A fantastic turnout of 58 Juniors competed for Copier Company Order of Merit points. Elliot Alcock (Moortown) edged out home player Oliver Norminton on countback with 35 gross stableford points to claim 100 OOM points.
After two rounds Jack Emmingham (Waterton Park) leads with 140 points, in second place is Sam McIntyre (Garforth) with 125 points and Freddie Linfoot (Woolley Park) on 110 points.
Dougie Hargreaves (Sand Moor) scored a brilliant 45 points to win the nett competition by 2 points from Adam Wilkinson (Garforth) to claim 100 OOM points.
After two rounds, Freddie Linfoot has 175 points, Dougie Hargreaves has 100 points and Zachary Shearsmith (Wetherby) 92 points
Next up is the Individual Championship at Darrington on 6 July with a full field, followed by Leeds Golf Centre on 20 July.
