New EU GDPR Regulations -Privacy Policy.
General Data protection regulations are changing. In order to prepare for these changes we are emailing all those Associate Members and golfers who have entered Union competitions for whom we have contact details.
The personal data we hold on you includes your name, telephone numbers (home or work and/or mobile), email address, date of birth and handicap which is regularly updated from the CDH.
We use this information to allow us to fulfill our contractual obligations to you as an Associate Member in accordance with our articles. We only share this information with our external and internal Data Processors who adhere to our privacy policy. We do not share any information with external Marketing Companies.
You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you. If you would like a copy of this information please email us at secretary@ldugc.co.uk or write to the data controller:-
